The Mini Dumper: a new type of handling tool for small spaces

In the narrow passages between the corners of construction sites piled with building materials and between warehouse shelves, traditional manual trolleys are often awkward due to their bulky size, difficult steering, and low loading and unloading efficiency. However, the Mini Dumper can redefine the limits of small heavy-load handling with its flexible rotating 360° hydraulic dump truck.
When the start button is pressed, the brushless motor driven by the 48V lithium battery pack is awakened and outputs powerful torque, allowing it to move smoothly on the slope even when fully loaded with sand, gravel and concrete blocks. The front wheels are traction wheels, and the two 360° rotating rear wheels are pivot wheels, which ensure that the mini dump truck remains stable in a small space. This innovative steering mode allows the operator to use the machine without repeatedly moving forward and backward to adjust the position. Just push the handle lightly, and the rear wheels will turn smoothly with the change of the center of gravity.

The real efficiency leap comes from the coordinated design of the hydraulic system and the dump bucket. The bucket can be tilted vertically by 90° to empty the transport material. With the help of a hydraulic power unit, heavy objects can be filled, transported and dumped immediately. Compared with the traditional lever-type manual tipping bucket, this system does not require manual pressure, greatly shortens the single loading and unloading time, and avoids material residue in the bucket.

From the steel structure frame to the anti-rust coating on the surface, every structural detail of the mini dump truck tells the exquisiteness of industrial design. It is no longer a loading and unloading tool that passively accepts instructions, but an intelligent partner that knows how to balance strength and flexibility in a small space.
